Senior Franchise Sales Consultant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Actively seek clients that need franchise sales & marketing and/or franchise consulting services and meet sales quotas.
Provide consulting services to help clients develop and implement plans for improving operations and increasing profits.
Help plan, organize, and participate in key franchising events in Vietnam and internationally (e.g. VF Franchise Business Matching Events, franchise and industry shows, etc.).
Develop sales strategies and materials, including proposals, presentations, website content, and other franchise collateral.
Train and coach franchisees and their staff on best practices in sales, marketing, and operations.
Conduct research on the client’s business and objectives to develop a customized approach for each project.
Produce professional reports and presentations to clients and upper management.
Help maintain and develop VF Franchise Consulting’s online presence and user journey.
Support and work closely with the marketing team and senior management.
Provide marketing support and advice to colleagues throughout the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

Two or more years of Franchise consulting, sales, and/or franchise operations experience
Position based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, Vietnam
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Vietnamese with English proficiency
Proficient in MS Office
Reports to senior management
Full Time
